Spicy Orange Sauce 1 point for 3 tbsp.

Original recipe from COOKS.COM,Plum Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Changes for Weight Watchers

2 c. of Pineapple, crushed, canned, in juice
1 c. of Splenda
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
5 tbsp. of cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp of red pepper flakes or to taste
1 c. of Orange marmalade

Heat pineapple with syrup, Splenda, water, vinegar, soy sauce, minced onion and red pepper flakes to boiling. Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water, stir into pineapple mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature, stir in orange marmalade. Cover and refrigerate. Makes appox 6 cups.

Great on chicken, beef and pork. I have not tried it on fish yet.

Sounds delish, but is one cup of Splenda too much?

Splenda measures the same as sugar. Looking at the recipe, with a cup of vinegar, the cup of splenda sounds right to me.
