    Default Is M* over extended?

Has MSQC over extended itself? not enough staff?
When I first started buying it would take 2-4 days for my order to be packed and sent.
I bought another lot in August and it took about a week to send; now this order was placed on August 27th and still doesn't show as being sent yet!
I emailed yesterday querying it but had no reply yet.
    Not feeling happy.

Yesterday was a holiday, so no one was around to read your email. Since it was a long weekend, it may take a little longer than normal for a reply. I suggest giving them a day and if you haven't heard back, emailing them again tomorrow. As with all businesses, sometimes some things are missed.

My recent experience was perfect. I bought in the morning, it was shipped in the afternoon. I mean, Amazon doesn't have a turn around like that!! But to be fair, my order consisted of pre-cuts and no yardage. Yardage takes longer because someone has to cut it.

My last order was shipped the same day I ordered too. I've never had any problems.

Possibly the international orders take longer to get launched, for some reason?

I have noticed delays at times as well.
I notice delays when the Deal of the Day is especially awesome, like free shipping days. This all makes sense to me as I'm sure the order volume goes way up.
The other times I have noticed it takes longer to ship is when I'm order yardage that needs to be cut, as opposed to pre-cut kind of items.
Again, this does make sense given what I am ordering and the size of the operation. I know that when yardage is purchased that is cut in one building and then the order is moved to the other building to gather the remaining items on the order.
I would also suggest, if possible, to call Customer Service rather than e-mailing. I did have a couple of orders that seemed to be stuck in limbo and calling Customer Service resolved the issue quickly.

I haven't noticed the processing for shipping to Canada to be any different than shipping to the US (I have items shipped to both). But I wonder if there is a difference when shipping to Europe and other countries.

Hi, I have had small delays when I order yardage. But the care M* staff seem to take when cutting and packing the yardage is so nice that it's never bothered me to wait an extra day or two.

I can say in my experience that I have never experienced a delay in my shipping. I have rarely ordered yardage though. I don't think M* is over extended, they have around 200 employees. There could be many reasons the order is delayed, such as an extremely high volume of orders, an item you ordered is back ordered, or even human error.

I would email them using the customer service email and inquire.

Having toured the warehouse, I know how important it is to the people working in shipping to get the orders sent out.

As someone who was just there last week, I can tell you that the sheer number of orders due to daily deal of free shipping was astonishing. The amount of yardage orders was unbelievable. Missouri Star has an awesome staff and they are working as fast as they can but it does take time to cut all of the yardage.
