My shipping has been great lately. One item recently was shipped on in the afternoon I ordered it and I received it two days later. Once in a blue moon when I purchased fabric it was minimally slower. Everything is packed so well too. My guess is it's slower to your area because it's off continent.

My last order which I placed early in August and included cutting 30 small yardages, was sent within two days. It acually left the USA four days later and arrived in Melbourne seven days after I ordered. I thought I was going for the world speed record. Then Australia Post got hold of it and it took five days to get from Melbourne to Melbourne.
Hope your order gets sorted soon.
I've only had one hiccup in all the time I have been ordering from M*. I was shipped a wrong item, but after one phone call to customer service it was fixed. M* even sent a shipping label to return the wrong item. M* customer service is top notch, as is the entire staff!
Sorry for your problem - I ordered late on Friday and it was delivered today (even with a Sunday and Labor Day) - don't know how MSQC does it. Wasn't surprised that Al was there super fast to check this out.
I just wish they could figure out why I'm not getting the DD e-mail. The first time it happened they told me that it was my internet provider now no response other that "we are working on it. This has been ongoing for a month.
There are a couple internet providers that they are having some issues with on their daily emails. I know ATT.net (or com) is one and can't remember the other offhand. It takes time to troubleshoot internet issues and figure out why one will go through and others won't. Maybe set up a gmail account for now and subscribe to the DD emails from there is a temporary fix for you.
