Hi
I saw a tute last week in which Jenny used up scrap cutting them with the Crazy Quilt Template,
So I purchased the templates, now I need to see the video again and can't find it. Can you
show me the link to see this?
Thanks

I have been trying to reduce my stash and have over 1000 4" squares. without buying anything any new ideas about using them for borders, or just to use up to do quilting?? I also have some 5" (not nearly that many) and some 2 1/2" strips
I have been working on the spiderweb quilt to use up some of my scraps. I just work on it between other projects. I'm getting quite the collection of scraps so maybe someday the quilt will be finished.

try Jenny's quick scrappy 4patch for the 4" squares... that might make a super scrap quilt... you could sash with jelly roll strips.. make HST's with the 5" and cut them down to = the 4 patches....
Of course you would need to find a solid that would help them all go together....

One of the boxes I found in the attic was nothing but scraps. I took a very big tub and dumped them in there adding the scapes I had in the sewing room. Some day I'll do some crazy quilts, but I've got enough going now.

Hi - a really great site with ideas to use up scraps is Bonny Hunter's quiltville.com. She has some amazing scrappy quilts listed on the right hand side of her site. I recently made the Strippy -X quilt top but unfortunately it did not seem to reduce the scrap pile!!! I also made a sample from the site above by making my own template from a 6" square - but I didn't like it because I thought the middle was too big. It might work better with a smaller middle. Good luck - look forward to seeing what you have done. Chris
