    Default BOOKISH!

I found a new line of fabric on Connecting Threads.com called Bookish. It's fabric related to reading and libraries. Just in case you have a bookworm or librarian in your life you might be interested in this line of fabric. I'm going to make my sister a large quilted tote which I think she'll find very useful at work. She's a children's librarian. Super cute fabrics. Can't wait to get started making it. Hopefully, it'll arrive in CA while Joe's home so he can bring it back to London. If you're interested you should check it out. The prices on that site are excellent.

Thanks! I love Connecting Threads and try to drool there every few weeks. And yes, I think their prices are excellent; fabric is very nice as well.

I drool over everything on their site, especially the low prices, however, they do not ship to my little corner of the world so they miss out on my money. I'm sure that if they knew how much I would spend they would change their shipping in a heart beat.

I've seen the Bookish collection and have been trying to come up with a good reason to buy some! I really like it! I have made a quilt or two with fabric purchased from CT and I've been really happy with their products. Someone on here mentioned their thread is very good as well, and so I've purchased a fair share of that too! They are very close to where I am and I love the idea of buying locally.

I love that site, too. I wish there would be an easy way to compare fabric so you can better see if they go together.
