Hi Jean! This is panda. I did see the daily deal today and I love the brights version also. I want to use the brights to make something for my granddaughter. She is 15 and I know she would love the brighter colors. Unfortunately I can't order on-line. So I have to call and order or get a pre-paid credit card. I didn't think they would be there today to take an order, so I lose out on a great deal. I am lucky to live near Amish country in PA and have a lot of fabric and quilt shops only about 30 minutes away. A lot of them carry pre cuts, mostly moda, I am not sure if I have ever seen bearnatex(sp) in the shops that i go to, but now i will be on the lookout. I have seen the bold and beautiful line before, but until I saw it done in Pamela's beautiful quilt I didn't give it much thought. That is what I love about this forum, looking at all the pictures of what everyone is making gives me great ideas. Thanks Jean for letting m know about the daily deal just in case I didn't see it.

I love this. Thinkin' this is going to be the pattern I use for one of my DGD's quilts. Love your colors.
Blankets wrap you in warmth, quilts wrap you in love
A quilt is something you make to keep someone you love...WARM.....
What I make with my hands, I give of my heart.
Marilyn......
It makes me think of the sea and the waves just looking at it
Love it! Love the fabric..Which line is it???
Bold and Beautiful Benartex line, the cool color way. I love the warms too, maybe there will be another one in my future? LOL![]()
i have that jelly roll ..... and the strips are just calling out to me....your quilt is stunning
Love your quilt! I am just starting an X and O quilt using Punctuation. I hope it turns out as nice as yours. This is my first attempt at a queen size quilt, so keep your fingers crossed. I have only done baby quilts, placemats, potholders and mitts; small things. This will be a leap for me, but I figure I have to start somewhere, sometime.
thanks and You sure are right Lindagie, you gotta start somewhere. Let us know how it's going!
I finally have all of my squares made and now have to put them together in the larger blocks. Did you just place them randomly or did you plan how you made each larger block? I laid mine out on a queen size bed to see how they would look and am probably thinking about it too much. I wanted to make sure the prints and colors were mixed up pretty well. I just hope all of my x's and o's match up well.
