Thank you for the compliments...I did surprise myself with how well it turned out. I tried to use "traditional" colors based on the block patterns. The pattern is Quilt in a Day (yeah, right) Pioneer Sampler Quilt. I enjoyed reading the stories about the blocks as I went along.
I am wondering how it should be quilted though. Since it is a Pioneer quilt, I would like to quilt it keeping with the Pioneer theme, but figure if I hand quilt it, it won't be finished for another 10 years or so. Any suggestions?
