I used one last christmas to add some colour and interest to a black apron. I appliqued the curves on to the apron, but you could do similar with a quilt. Sorry the pic is sideways

Hi! Tina, I love the apron! That idea would be perfect for making a little boys' Road Quilt. I have two little GS and I need to be thinking about how I could make a floor quilt for them to play on. Chris

This is the finished American Flag quilt with the 5" tumblers on their sides, end to end. 13 strips, and the stars are done with the "flying geese" template. Also, quick and easy. I was surprised at how easy the stars were to do, especially since it was my first time doing something like that.
