I just saw an advertisement on TV for Life Alert. They were showing personal testimonies and one of them was a woman on oxygen who stated "I'd give up my bread, my beer, my wine, my sodas before I'd give up Life Alert." Looked to me as if she should have thought about all of that before she had to be put on oxygen . . . I am a brat.

There are some pretty funny commercials out there isn't there? LOL

Have you seen the Cialis one where the mom tells her son to be home by 9, then says 10, then says 11...the kid is looking at her all confused. My 16 year old son was watching it and didn't know it was a Cialis commercial and said, "Wow, is that mom ever nice...how come you can't do that?" And I said, "Well, let me get your dad some Cialis and we'll see what we can do." He was like, "No, no, no...I don't want to know...I didn't know it was a Cialis commercial...oh mom...." LOL

Some commercials I just hate!!! When I was a teenager my little brother asked me, "Whats a douche?"

Then there is the one about Beggin' Strips, both my little sis and DD can do that one word for word!
Sometimes I call DD little Miss Commercial!

My favorite commercial right now is iams dog food. The one with the Irish wolfhound greeting his owner who has been away in the military. The dog is enormous and adorable at the same time!

I absolutely loathe the Rx commercials with their never ending list of side effects!

I loved the Lands End Christmas commercial too.......the one where the kids try to stay up and watch for Santa.......too cute!

Sandy, we have seen that commercial here and had similar comments regarding her "budgeting priorities".
Don't you just love that the possible side effects are worse that the actual illness???
