Katie, you sold me. I have an old stand by favorite that after about 30 years has lost it's edge. I purchased another one only to find it not sharp enough. I may have to look into this one! Thanks girlie

OMG I can't imagine using the same seam ripper for 30 years! Unless you're really precise and never have to use it... I get the little Dritz ones normally for $1 and throw those out when they don't trim threads quickly. They're small so they slip right into tiny stitches.
The seam fix is really nice - I used it continually over the weekend while doing some FMQ and it helped to get the threadies out quickly.

Wow, I really like it. I have used a lint roller and tape before but that looks great.

I must say I was very disappointed with this particular seam ripper. Based on the glowing reviews I purchased it from MSQC on November 17. I have used it with no apparent issues. Today when I needed to use it I opened it and found the point broken off! Can't imagine how that could have happened since I always put the cap on it. I have never had such a thing happen to a seam ripper before.
Just thought I would mention it.

I have always used lint roller to remove the threads, but this looks like a must have![]()

Doesn't it make the fabric unravel?
Thank you for sharing. I think I just might get one. Currently I use a lent roller which works really good, but I go through a lot of tape. : )
