I just bought a panel top. I have to cut it up to use all the blocks on panel. Any suggestions to how to put it together?

I found a panel at Nancy's fabric...I can't copy the link from my iPad or if I can not sure how. I just googled horse fabric panel and that site was one of the first and it is very pretty.
