My favorite is the double wedding ring but I'm also in love with grandmothers flower garden. I've started making the hexagons to make my own grandmothers flower garden. ( this will take awhile)

The block that I have always loved is the Flying Geese. It can be used so many ways.
I guess I think of the first block I every did a nine patch and then a snowball.
Remember, people will see your quilts long after you are gone. . . Not your housework!!
