I need to start reading the forum BEFORE I read my e-mail and delete. I did have an e-mail this morning with a FREE pattern for a ROSE of SHARON table runner with three separate blocks. I decided I didn't want to download it so I deleted the e-mail. I think it would work perfect for you because I did see the picture before I clicked the "X". Maybe someone else has the same e-mail and can lead you to it.

I think I'm missing the PDF part. Maybe I'm silly and overlooking it but all I keep coming up with is the shipping option

The pattern pieces are really just like the quilt shown on etsy. You should be able to just sketch them out from looking at the pictures shown of her quilt block. I'm not so great with picking fabrics for something like that and would love a kit or to be able to swap like that lady was. Just love her quilt!!
It would be a fun swap wouldn't it!! If you have everyone do the same colors scheme, and maybe background fabric.

I think I need to re-iterate what I'm looking for....

I live in a small town and didn't want to have to drive all over creation looking for the pattern, or have to order it online and wait for it to ship.

I HAVE NO PROBLEMS paying for the pattern. And I didn't want to cheat the creator out of her pattern. I just wanted to know if, in this digital age, if there was a PDF copy or digital copy of the pattern I could purchase, download, and then print at home.

Thank to everyone for thier input. I think this could be done w/o the pattern, but I'm just not that crafty. Ha ha

I must have been half asleep this morning when I responded - just now notice that the pattern you are looking for is a specific pattern. However, if anyone else is curious, here's the Rose of Sharon one I mentioned previously: http://www.quiltviews.com/free-rose-...haron-pederson

Here's a pattern that you could possibly use:

    Shirley aka buckeyequilter

I got a sewing machine for my husband! Good trade, huh?

You aren't missing anything. Craftsy just links you to a place you can order the pattern for delivery, not a PDF download. I've looked for this pattern before, which is one reason I didn't think a download was available. I was kinda hoping Sunny might have a connection with her aunt that a pdf might be ordered directly from her.

Here's one that would be so pretty done raggy. http://www.fatcatpatterns.com/PDFs/TatteredGarden.pdf Just stitch the applique 1/4" in from the edge with a straight stitch. Cindy has loads of free downloadable patterns that are great.
