I finally "Locked" this one down.
I started a lap quilt using the pattern "Interlock" and a layer cake left over from my anniversary quilt. Just about have the top finished
THEN hubby said "that would really look nice in the spare bedroom. Can you make it bigger?" So I bought more fabric and chained myself to the sewing machine. Queen size 90" x 96".
THEN I thought, let try that Warm & Plush batting that is 50% thicker. That would be great for the cool the fall weather. ok.
THEN I thought I still have soooo much fabric left over, let me try just having fun making all different kinds of blocks and stitch then together, sampler style. INSANITY!
I have a lot of fun but am so glad its done.
Thanks for looking,
Diana
ETA: This was insane because this is one quilt. The sampler is the back. I lost my mind having too much fun. The challenge was what can I do this all this pieces. LOL

Hey...yes, you went crazy but the craziness was therapy!
You've made a beautiful quilt. I like the quilting. The pattern is new to me and very interesting.. I will have to look at it.

Awesome!! I would have trouble deciding which side to have showing :). This is an amazing quilt!

Wow. I love them both. Did you quilt Interlock yourself? It must have taken forever for all those pebbles, but it is just stunning!
