Nice fabric choices. I'm wanting to work on something Christmassy too!

Wow! Love them all. Do you mind if I ask how long it takes to complete just one?

Not long! I can't give you a definate time but I'd say a couple of hours if you include all the steps (except maybe sewing the bias binding wrong a couple of times...!).

They are adorable, Anna!! Thanks for sharing!

For those (like myself) that don't have Pinterest accounts, this is the link to the blog it comes from:

Can you discuss Maths on this forum (I mean, would it be considered language abuse? I'm certain my DH would!). Dresden rulers that have different angles just mean there will be a different number of wedges to complete the circle. In this case she needs 20 wedges, as her ruler is 360/20=18 degrees. But I bet the pattern would be just as pretty with slightly wider or narrower wedges, you'll only need to adapt the number of wedges you require.

Very true! I found several templates for Dresden "rulers" and used the one that would need 20 wedges, since I liked the look of the placemats in the tutorial (who also had 20 wedges). It was indeed the 18 degree one. Here is a link:
