Very cool! Love the Ronald McDonald house. I wish it had been around when my kids were younger.

Dave,
Those are great looking quilts. I'm sure they will bring much comfort to those who receive them.
Welcome to the forum from Jefferson City, MO. I have been to Shell Knob many times. My parents retired there from Springfield. They actually lived in Viola. It is a beautiful area, I wish sometimes I had kept the house and boat slip. Is the Steak Inn still going? It was one of my favorite places and the Bar-B-Que place on the Viola side of the bridge was great also.
I hope to see more of your quilts as time goes on.

(If all the pieces fit perfectly, people will think it was made by a machine!) LOL
Bob,
Yes, Steak Inn is still going, BUT, I think the quality of their food has gone down hill. The BBQ place is gone. We have been here about 15 years, and love it to pieces. Where our house is, it is QUIET, PRIVATE, and SECLUDED ! ! If someone comes down the street toward our place, they either are looking for US or they are LOST ! ! !

Wonderful quilts! It is great that you are making them for such deserving children. I am sure they are very appreciated.
