Amy- love the M*!
Carrie- have fun playing on that new machine.
Have to make a baby shower gift for my niece. I love the banners so that's on my list of sewing today. I would have liked to try one of the real baby looking ones but this little one is going to be sharing a room with a big sister so I thought I'd go with a look that would grow with her. Here's where I am so far. Have the cutest ribbons in my stash for this one. Baby's name: Olivia
other work in progress. Thanks to Fran and both our dhs Attachment 117438
Next step is custom table and yummy chocolate brown cushion covers!
Wow, that looks great, and you got it done so quickly! Can you send your work crew to my house cause we're dragging our feet with our reno!
I finished the last Jinny Beyer 2015 BOM. Phew. All 13 done. Next month we add fancy sashing around each block.

I like that, Amy!
Gorgeous, Denise, Amy, and Cathy! That BOM especially is a work of art, Denise.
I hope everyone else is enjoying their day! And will be posting pictures soon!
I did some unfun stuff, but at least now we have clean sheets and the shower drains; and this afternoon, I have done a little crafting.
Here in folk art land I'm making progress on my appliqué. No actual sewing in place yet, but I'm finally ready to start --

Denise, those blocks look awesome. Is this going to be a wall hanging when done?
Claire, love the looks of this new folk art project. I admire your creativity.
Amy, I almost cried when I saw the WIP. Looks custom and can't wait to see the new cushions. Sounds like a trip to the store for the cushion innards. Don't you hear them calling your name???? This is why you need to keep that Elna !!!!
The quilt is supposed to be 90 x90 when it is done. I'm not sure I have that much wall space anywhere in the house. Sadly it will probably sit in the UFO pile for a year while I acquire more FMQ skill and my coveted Juki 2010Q.
Now that our dog has passed over the rainbow bridge, I can actually put it on the bed.
Wow, Denise, 90 x 90?? It didn't look that large in your photo. lol
Please don't let it languish that long, it is too pretty to keep out of sight.
