Re: WIP 9/2/15 September, surprise! Feels like summer
Morning Ladies! :D
Amy, riiiiiiight on the selling, you're just not up to snuff yet girl!
ClaireO, oh that sounds like it's going to be very pretty, and what doesn't a little embroidery floss add an old fashioned touch to? And I'm itching to do "Geese in the Garden", lotsa applique there! Hope you get some well needed rest this weekend! Hugs!
Alta, think Sandy had it right OCD, CDO, we sometime stymie ourselves with "control" issues. I think you just need to SEW IT, it looks wonderful! Oh and here's a link you might find helpful:
Volunteer Measurements Guide :: The Preemie Project :: It's for the Babies!
Pam, Congrats on the finish, and by the looks of it, the Bobbin Gods were very kind, LOL! Hoorah for the start on the batiks!
Leah, oh 'scuse me Dr Sonic, did you play "Operation" as a kid? LOL, good job!
Meghan, hey girl glad to see you back on!!!The Don't know that there's any "rules", I'm kinda the "my quilt my rules" type. But I do audition...........having said that, your description sounds really good to me. :D
Sammi, punkin is just too cute, love all the fall stuff for decorations! Thanks for the link!
Lou, don't hesitate to set up your machine, lol, it will start haunting you and make you grumpy, nap or not!
Fran, looking forward to pics of the "flip" doll, even though it was pain! LOL, you posted pics while I was typing, that is just so darned CUTE!
Weekend plans gone awry due to sickness. Worked yesterday and will again today and have yet to get on the frame. Next week's schedule will be affected as well...............I know I shouldn't grouse, but I seriously think the Three Sisters are messing with me, grrrrr!!! The non-sewing is really getting to me! And afraid once I start, they'll have to unclench my hands from the handles while I kick and scream! Off for coffee and another work day start. Happy sewing to all, going to go and hug my coffee cup.............

I think I read they need to be pretty small to fit in the incubator would 24x24 work do you think? Search is being silly for me right now
I think 24x24 would be just about perfect!!!

Fran, when I was little I had a flip doll that was Little Red Riding Hood on one Side and The Big Bad Wolf on the other - but if you turned the wolf around Grandma was on the backside. That was sure lots of fun.

Great job Fran. It looks amazing!

Well, I slept - thank you, modern pharmaceuticals -- and I'm feeling much better. I hope the rest of you start to feel better too!
Miss Molly sounds like a handful.

Here's what I've been working on. I really do want honest opinions about the color combinations. If they are too radical for most people, I'll keep this one and make another for my friend.

Angelia I personally love it. The red jacks that raspberry up pretty high. My sister the conservative wouldn't be able to handle it. I think it would make a good gift for the right person. That being said, gorgeous quilt.

Commented in the other thread, Angelia. I love it. Sandy's realtor wouldn't!
