I am going by 18x22" for the general size of a "fat quarter". Does that mean the if I buy one yard of fabric (44"wide) that all I do is cut on the fold and will have 2, "fat quarter" pieces? If not, what are the measurements? Have you made your own fat quarters? and even works for charm pack size?
