look at Jenny's tut about hour glass quilt block
It looks like just half-square triangles of light and dark.
Thanks, I've broken it down and plan to use a layer cake for this but I'd like to know where it came from if it's possible...may not be.

If you blow up/close up the picture from the pininterest link, it looks like a layer cake cut down to half square triangles, then jelly roll strips cut to 7 inch finished - fench railed in pairs, followed up with a thin border binding. I like the fabric/coloring, does anyone know the fabric line? I have Crysantymum but I don't think that's it.

It is from the Moda Bake Shop!
It is from the Moda Bake Shop! The pattern is called "lap quilt in a jiffy" and it shows you a great way to make the half squares from a layer cake!
make it even quicker by using TURNOVERS!!precut 6" triangles..... perfectly easy peasy!

Thanks, tlewis10. I searched and searched but could not find that. I am making this quilt using the Happy Camper layer cake by Moda. I used the quick half square technique so my blocks would still be 10". This fabric pack was tricky for this particular pattern as there are many fabrics that are medium and this would work best with a line that was more light vs dark. However, I wanted to keep the blocks big so I wasn't cutting up the novelty prints so much.
