    Default NEW TURTLE FABRIC PROBLEMS

    So I have this new quilt I am working on and I wanted to outline the turtle and the star fish but my problem is I don't know if I should outline them by hand or by machine and if I do by machine what foot do I use and how do I outline these? This is a rather large quilt 90 x 102 does anyone have any suggestions for me. Mahalo
