I have emerged from my tiney stash and made a few more testblock for my tabletopper.
Take a look and see what you think. I am not entirely sure i want the yellow but it was the best i had home.

I like the yellow. Block on the bottom left is my favorite.
I love it....good contrast!!! The yellow works with all your other fabrics really well. Hugs...
I agree with baker mom... The lower left one is my favorite too, as is the color yellow! More photos as you go pleez!!!haha
I love the yellow, it just makes it look sunny and springy.
Good contrast choice. Have you tried pointing them in all the same direction? Sometimes that set looks good, too.
I like the yellow...great contrast. Have you tried mixing the floral bowties in the large block?

I guess I am the odd one because I like the blue fabric on the yellow and the bottom x blocks better than the top ones. It will look great.
Yellow works well & I like the bottom layout best.
Now i dont know wich one to make. I lay it out thre diffrent way and they all look good in ther one way.
The 1st 2 pics actually sort of remind me of a modified X's and O's? Maybe you could combine them and see how it goes?
i like the layout in the bottom picture. Can't you use them all? I would love to have a topper just like it. It would be so pretty if you could come up with one more print for the missing block. Then you could do some sort of pieced border around it. What are you planning to do with the blocks? I know you mentioned runner.

That is so funny you said that about the yellow I felt exactly the same thing when I saw the yellow was not sure about it but it grows on you because of the small flowers in the pattern. My favorite is the lower right. Hope this helps.Quote:
