Will it scare the kids to see their bed glowing at night?

I've been using glow in the dark fabric paint & tape on my nieces & nephs quilts for some time now. They love em. But...no scary monsters....yet. I've never tried glow in the dark fabric or thread. But only b cuz I've never seen either.

I think the glow in the dark thread would be great for a Halloween quilt.

One drawback might be that all your crooked sewing lines show up at night thought!

My one year old got a pair of pajamas given to him and I never noticed before that they were glow in the dark, so one night I laid him down and I thought I was losing my mind. My infant was glowing.... I called my husband and we just stood there in the dark staring at him for a minute, then it dawned on us that it was his jammies!

Honestly, I'm crying reading one post and laughing over another! Joe says if he didn't know better he'd think I was pregnant. (I'm sure most Mom's can relate to the emotional rollercoaster ride during pregnancy!) I'm picturing walking into a dark room. The bed is glowing when all of a sudden ET steps out of the closet! Actually, the crooked seams might add to the mood! If you like space cartoons that is!!!

I think glow in the dark would be great for a child's quilt or a halloween wall-hanging. I can see a ghost outlined in glow in the dark thread. boooooooooooooo!

I'm six months pregnant and when I saw the baby glowing I just stood there and thought, "Am I really seeing this? Better get a second pair of eyes... GOOOOOORD"
