    Actually, one that I've always liked but haven't made - YET - is the kaleidoscope quilt! This one looks super easy especially since it's paper-pieced! http://www.quilterscache.com/K/KaleidoscopeBlock.html
    If you don't like paper-piecing I'm sure it can be done with templates.
