Ok so i finally got almost done with my baby quilt and i get almost all the way around it with binding and ran short!!! i have a piece of the fabric but it would be lengthwise grain cut? would that cause a problem when the quilt is washed?? different shrinkage... or would it be ok to use it??? Please let me know. THanK YOU!

I think it would be alright to use the lengthwise cut for the rest of the binding as long as it's the same fabric it should have the same shrinkage.

I agree with Karen. I think it should be ok as long as it is the same fabric. Good Luck.
