One of the quilts my friend wants me to make for her is the 3dudes pattern. We went tonight to get the fabric. The colors are chartruise (sp?) dk. green white and I talked her into buying black. I was thinking of doing black as the boardering color with the other 3 in the middle. I then found out that she wants the Lt. green as the 1st & 5th strip, and the black mixed with the other colors. I don't think I should put the black in if it's not being used as the 1st & 5th strip because it's too over powering. So I'm thinking I need to find a different color to put with lt green, dk green and white.
So, would love to hear your opinions on what her 4th color should be.
