dont buy the pounce, go to the hard ware store and purchas a 3 or 4" foam paint brush and take the the refill chauck put in a container with a lid, cut hout a rectangle the size of foam brush and wala. you dont pounch! sprits water form a spray bottle on material, place stencil on material, lightly drag brush over stencil.
