    Default Eleanor burns dvd

has anyone bought/watched the Egg Money DVD that she has? does it go into detail about the double wedding ring quilt? i saw a short clip with her using Quiltsmart interfacing and a template to make one but it goes so fast I didn't catch all the details. I have a good idea about how she does it but would buy the DVD so I could go thru it slow enough to catch the how-tos. Anyone have recommendations of good instructions for this pattern?

I have several books of her's. If it is a single block quilt, they are great with good instructions and easy to follow. If it is a sampler quilt, forget about it! I am working on her barn quilt from the American Barns book. It is a nightmare and I have a friend helping me that has more than 30 years quilting experience. Some times she says to use a scant quarter inch seam and other times a 1/4" seam, she just never tells you when she is switching and that makes a big mess of your blocks.
But I have the book for the Day & Night block and it is so easy! But it is only about doing the one block.

Thanks! I'm interested in doing a DWR. in the clip i saw she started out talks about a sampler quilt then focused on the DWR. It seemed like she was focusing on the DWR blocks in the sampler not as an entire quilt using that block. I wanted some opinions before I bought it and found the DVD focused on the sampler. I tried our library in case they had a book or DVD on hand but no. May have to rethink this.
