Wow, you must really want to know since you asked 3 times.

I've not done this quilt before, although I have done other strip quilts that ended up with bias cuts. I've not had problems with the bias stretching, but my machine has automatic even feed. If you don't have that, you could always sew the blocks with a walking foot. Some people have said that if they starch their pieces before cutting that the starch also helps to keep the bias from stretching.

If I am remembering the Strip Twist right, you have to turn some of your triangles before sewing them back together, so I don't think you can get away with drawing the line and stitching before cutting.
