Wat heb je mooie stofjes gevonden. Dat wordt vast een geweldige quilt.
De reden van je bezoek aan de USA is natuurlijk verschrikkelijk, maar wel geweldig dat je er heen kunt!
Ga je je dochter ook nog zien als je daar bent?

Leuke stofjes he.....markt!!
Ik ga mijn dochter niet zien, waar ik heen ga en waar zij zit is van hier tot ergens diep in Oostenrijk! En aangezien ze aanvankelijk heel erg veel hiemwee heeft gehad, maar nu gaat het super goed, dat wil ik graag zo houden. Je moeder zien en dan wéér afscheid nemen is niet bevordelijk, ik wil de boel niet van streek maken........wij zien elkaar pas terug op Schiphol. Ze wil het zelf ook niet hoor, ik heb haar eerst gevraagd wat ze er van vond dat ik straks in hetzelfde land zit als zij, maar zolang ik niet langskom vond ze het prima.
De blokken schieten alweer mooi op, ik ben er nog niet kapot van, maar dat zal nog wel komen...........weggeven is spannend.

This is the one I was talking about. MagoK posted it and I think this one would be wonderful with those large print Dutch Fabrics! In fact how about you send me some Dutch Fabric and I'll make myself one of these!!! LOL
Oops! I see you've already decided. You can't go wrong selecting from the Moda Bakeshop. They post such pretty quilts. I love the fabrics you selected!!! Is fabric really expensive in your part of the world.

How terrible for me to be so close yet so far from Atlanta. I am thrilled for you to be able to spend some time with your dearest friend. It will be a comfort to her, I am sure.
I think the fabric you have chosen is lovely! And don't worry about perfection, please. Your friend shall treasure all the love that created it and love it all the more.
I love your fabric choices and the pattern you chose....and I agree with Blondie 100%. It doesn't need to be perfect...she will see and know the love you put into it...it will shout it for her!
