I love hand stitching I find it very relaxing. I recently did a hand appliqued Dresden Plate as a wedding gift for my daughter but I had it machine quilted because I felt as a bed quilt it would hold up better to it being used on a daily basis. Picture of it in my album if you'd like to see it. I love that pattern and hope you'll post a picture of yours when you get it done.

I love the look of hand stitching but I don't have the patience for it often enough. I am hand-stitching a beautiful wall-hanging that my Li'l Sis made for me for Christmas. Long story that I won't bore you with as to why I'm finishing it. It is relaxing in the evening when the TV is blaring nonsense.
Be warned. I am BORED.
This could be dangerous.
When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
They are usually 90 degrees.
A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??
I have no patience--I want everything done like now---so I would say to machine applique, but I do love the looks of both of them.
I am such a material girl!!!!!Nena
