mixing different fabrics.
Hi Kellie,
go to my album and you can see what mixing different fabrics can do.
Finished 5 sets of Bargello this afternoon. They were my first ones, so not perfect. Before quilting, they looked more or less ok. Once I quilted one, it was so awful, I'm not going to leave them very long in album.
Just to show you. The pink is flanell, the grey and reddish fabric is a bit stretchy and the white, black and yellow pure cotton.
As to the shrinking factore, they won't shrink anymore, as they were scraps.
I'm still going to bind them though, but they will be for whoever, I don't know yet.
