Love my Reliable....can set to stay on forever or let it auto shut off.......no drips, no leaks, no problems. Uses distilled water only. Has a filter on the water to save the iron. Has 2 heating systems so water is hot and sole plate is hot, too. Great steam! Long cord that is positioned for easy use, never in the way. It is a little heavy, though......I consider it exercise. Check them out.....pricey, but well worth it! I use to burn through a Rowenta every year before I found this one.
