I am a beginner longarmer and mostly concentrate on getting that right when it comes to quilting. It might take a while by the look of my work! I also loooove to paper piece and would really like to design my own paper piece blocks and was considering doing a class on EQ but not sure which one.

I know a LQS offers classes on EQ7 but you have to have it to do the class. I'm not sure if I need to go that fancy or advanced. I could buy an older package for way less money than the EQ7 costs considering I only want to design paper piece blocks so nothing too difficult (I hope)

I hope some EQ users out there can advise me
