Default I need HELP with a fraying quiltblock.....(in a finished quilt)

As I showed a few weeks ago, I made a couple memoryquilts.
One of them was for a young family in bright colors, she text me a few minutes ago........one block came loose.....how do I say that in English.....
She sent me a picture and that is still on my phone, one block seam came out....no idea how to fix that, never have that happen before.
I told her I would fix it and she would not be able to see it when it was all done....HELP!!!
I SITD to finish the quilt, it is a big one and since she wanted corduroy in it, that piece started fraying......do I make any sence., I am so shocked my English is totaly bad and blanc.....

    Can someone please help me???
She is bringing the quilt over next wednesday, I hope any of you have the magic idea.

Oh I am so stressed right now, she was THE hardest person to make a quilt for, nothing was okay she texted, called, emailed me almost every day.....I was so happy when it was done.........and from all the quilts I made THIS one has an error.............

So please let me know what to do!!!!!!

    PS! Here is the picture.......

Get some Fray Block if you can. It's made by June Tailor and not stiff. Put it on the frayed end. Then get some stitch witchery or steam a seam fusible and iron block down.

Then, I'd border the block using double fold bias tape (make your own), stitch it down with a straight stitch overlapping the original seam and then either slip stitch or decorative stitch on the inside. Corduroy does fray.

I'd try using the fray block on the rest of the stitching, too.

Instead of fusible I would use fabric glue. This stuff is awesome for boo-boo's like this.

Do you have any more of the fabric? Or can you get another piece of that from her? Can you take that block out and make another but this time serge the edges or make a bigger block so you can tuck more of that fabric under? I hope that makes sense. Oh and don't you worry your quilts are beautiful and once you get this repaired the person will be happy with it like they were. Can you figure out a way to put a piece of lace or ribbon or ric rac around this block? Or add it to another so this one doesn't stand out? Let us know how you fix it.

I adjusted a whole pattern to 1/2" seams when I used corduroy. Not much help for you but I would do the bias tape and hand stitch it down or add fabric then fold under. I would not let her look over my shoulder while I worked on it. I hope it all works out for you!!

You may also want to think about reinforcing any other blocks with this same fabric...
