ive had no luck searching the web, I end up with results for double fold binding instead. I've got a mini quilt I was making for experimentation, and now that I'm delighted it worked out my mind is apparently stuck in experiment mode!

I want to make a flange on both front and back. Has anyone seen a tutorial or have ideas how to do it?

My ideas so far are to just stitch down the flange first, wrapping both sides, sewing far enough from the edge to leave the flange. Or sew a regular flange on one side, then use one of the tutorials for a faux flange (where you sew two strips to make your binding, one being the flange color that will be on the folded edge).
