When I have thread nests on the back, I always re-thread the top and usually it takes care of the problem. Also, check to make sure your thread is feeding off the spool correctly. Good luck.

OK, problems seems to be corrected. I upped my tension to 3.5 and supported the quilt better and AWAY WE GO!!!! Thank you all very much for the guidance. <3
