I've used heavy because that was what I had on hand, but if I had it to do over I'd definitely go for the lite. The heavy tends to be hard to stitch through when quilting . . . hmmm, guess that wasn't steam-a-seam I used??? You know it's late at night and I'm old.
Be warned. I am BORED.
This could be dangerous.

For some things, yes.....when I took my applique class, we used misty fuse. Now that I have my Scan & Cut, I don't know which I would use, but I would definitely use that to cut everything out!
pat.
No rain....no rainbows!
I always use steam a seam lite.

I always use lite. Also if it is a big piece I cut out the center and just fuse the edges.
