Default Ideas for grandsons quilt using 25 fat quarters

I have 25 fat quarters that I wAnt to use to make my grandson a quilt. I have searched for patterns but havent found anything I like. I'm fairly new to quilting so I don't want anything to complicated. Fat quarters are from Riley Blake designs "Play Ball". Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm going to jump right in and suggest that you do a D9P (disappearing 9 patch) - it's quick, looks as if you did a whole lot of work on it, and is a good piece to showcase some of your larger print pieces.

    Be warned. I am BORED.
    This could be dangerous.

When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
    They are usually 90 degrees.

A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??

I second this idea. I just finished a very similar quilt called Slice Of Life
    https://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop...-quilt-pattern
and the only difference is putting a neutral color between all the blocks first.
I used fat quarters for the quilt top below and cut them to the size I wanted. (9") I'm a newbie also and found that the top went together quickly and the big blocks made it easier to make sure I sewed them together correctly.

Yellow Brick Road is a great pattern for fat quarters.

You have great looking fabric. Because some of the prints are larger, I wouldn't use the "Quick Trip" because I think it will cut up those prints too much. A "Disappearing Nine Patch" would work. I'd consider making the blocks a bit larger than the typical 5", if that is necessary to see the complete larger prints. Sonic's "slice of life" is also good. Sonic made her squares 9", so there is an example of making blocks larger to accommodate the larger patterns. If you measure your pattern repeat (where the pattern starts, and then where it starts again), you can determine the size square you will need. Remember to add 1/2" for the seam allowances.

The "yellow brick road" pattern would definitely work. In fact, there are a variety of "brick path" patterns that work well for lines that have large prints. I also think the "Illusion" quilt would be good - I can't find my link to the tutorial.

There is a series of books called "Turning Twenty" which uses fat quarters for all the quilts. I highly recommend the original one if you can find it. Also, if you do a query for "Fat quarter quilt patterns", I am sure you will come up with many patterns.
