I guess I'm just sensitive to quality control right now. I've been dealing with some very expensive leather recliners I purchased from Lazboy over a year ago that still are not acceptable. I am now requesting that they refund my money. I hope they cooperate and don't give me a hard time. I am shocked at the quality of workmanship on these chairs. The upholstery is poorly done. The chair goes back. They take forever to bring me a replacement and then the replacement comes to me looking worse than the one I returned. Shocking!!! I will never buy from Lazboy again.
Wow, Rebecca. It's terrible that it is taking so long to resolve this nightmare. I hope the store stands behind their products and refunds their money -- although at this point they should pay you some interest, too! I'm wondering what is going on with Lazboy too. A friend purchased a very expensive recliner for her dad's 80th birthday, and it was a nightmare purchase too. The store did finally refund their money. Crooked stitching and actually pulled apart.
