It really annoys me to hear stories like this. Where is quality control? Screwing up the directions for a pattern is inexcusable in my opinion. I guess I'm just sensitive to quality control right now. I've been dealing with some very expensive leather recliners I purchased from Lazboy over a year ago that still are not acceptable. I am now requesting that they refund my money. I hope they cooperate and don't give me a hard time. I am shocked at the quality of workmanship on these chairs. The upholstery is poorly done. The chair goes back. They take forever to bring me a replacement and then the replacement comes to me looking worse than the one I returned. Shocking!!! I will never buy from Lazboy again.
