Heat n Bond should be available in most fabric stores, but maybe not quilt stores so much. It comes in different weights, depending on what you need it for. If you are doing applique, get the light or featherweight. The heavier stuff is too hard to sew through and your quilt ends up stiff.

Thanks Karen, I have a Block magazine and Jenny uses it but it didn't have the weight.
I had it, tried to use it w/doing the 12's on my bags.....did not stick, had to sew it down by hand (several) and threw the unused stuff away. Will never, EVER buy it again.
Misty Fuse and Steam A Seam are so much better!

No rain....no rainbows!
I have used wonder under and like it a lot....I was thinking this might work as well for the easy way drunkards path circles ..?
I like the heat and bond lightest weight.I find it comes off the fabric the easiest. I also like the pellon brand but their directions don't work very good for me. All brands have different directions and I also think different fabrics require different heating times.
I carry regular SaS2 and Heat and Bond lite in my shop and both work well. I actually sell more HnB than Sas.
I have used HnB for YEARS!!! Mostly on my ornaments each year... it comes in light and ultra... Ultra for the ornaments, but too heavy for quilting...(ask me how I knowI found it on the net in a large roll , most reasonable... It is also available at Walmart in the sewing section. JUst received a bolt of "wonder under" to use , I hope for quilting,.. It lighter, we shall see,,, I have found that buying lots of this stuff from WallyWorld on the net is a huge savings..!
