I would add another row of three blocks to give it just a bit more length. I too like the blocks on the white. I think a border of the lighter blue would look nice.

I like the way it looks. I was originally going to suggest adding a dark border but the more I look at, the more I think just adding white binding would give it a better look.
I think it looks very modern the way it is. I would add a white border if you need it bigger, and bind in white to keep the crisp, clean look.
Pillowcases that mirror the quilt and have the teal as background might be striking, too. Lovely squares. Congratulations.
Thanks so much for all your great suggestions - you all seemed to like the pattern. I got the idea from a free pattern - Daisy Baby quilt - which was done with 2.5" squares so I just doubled up and made the blocks with 5" squares. The pattern was free on Craftsy
