Help to find a tutorial

Hi

I made this yesterday, just to try to sew one, but are unhappy with the mittle. It is to thick. I watched a video a long time ago about "the mittle" but can´t find it again.

I must say, that i always iron my seems open, i don´t like "to one side", so can any help with a tut ??
