I have been checking out all of the different tutorials in how to make the geese and I have been practicing, BUT my geese do not have a 1/4 inch exta seam on the sides, only on the top point. I have re checked videos, and that is what I see on some videos, but when the finished quilt is shown, the geese have good side points! So my question for all of you geese lovers out there, are geese suppose to finish with a 1/4 inch side seam as well? ( yes, I even have Deb Tuckers ruler.) It seems that when they are sewn together, the side points get chopped off and I want to have three good points. Any explainations and suggestions would be welcome. In the meantime, I will keep practicing ( yes, I starch too. ) thanks.
