You will need 6-7 WOF strips for each, so 1/2 yard for inner border and 3/4 yard for the outer, I'd get 1 yard of the outer to be sure.

For backing, you will need 4-1/2 yards to be safe, you will have some good size trimmings left over. You could do it with less, but it means piecing in more than one place and it might be just a little too narrow and short. Don't want to be in that situation!
