Now that I think about it, I'm wondering if you already have the pattern, but want to see how it's done? You can look up tutorials on snowballs, that's the method used for putting the small squares onto the end of the strips. The longer strips are sewn together the same way you make binding strips.

The first two remind me of Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt blocks.
The last one is a variation of the Gourmet Quilter's Picket Fence block. There is a tutorial on YouTube. There is also a free tutorial on Craftsy called Windmills in the Night. The difference is this - Instead of three strips making a block, this picture shows four strips - two solid and two pieced.
I found this pattern in Annie's Craft Store catalog. It is the Swirl quilt pattern: 429342, $8.49.
