Hi everybody, hope I got the right place for my answer!

Yesterday I was thinking about this while quilting a little... as a newbie I totally know what I would like to receive. Fabrics, rulers, pins, books and patterns... basically everything! I have almost nothing!

But I have a friend (the one who taught me some basics) and she's been quilting 26 yrs now! She has a cupboard or more of fabrics, a tons of rulers, books, patterns, projects, sewing machines, a lovely sewing room she designed... When it comes to gift giving I'm not always in my comfortable zone. I would love to buy her something really cool but she's way more aware of what's cool and what are the new articles...

Should I just keep buying fabrics? she loves receiving fabrics, I can tell you that!

Books are not a possibility... too difficult!

Are there any accessories I could buy her? Something that an advanced quilter would need?

Plus, to make it worse, she just came back from the Houston Quilt (I don't know the exact name) and met a lot of lovely quilters and bought fabrics specifically for a few new projects!

I don't know... sorry to bother you but I wanted to buy her something special!
