I would do a gift basket with an assortment of notions; thread, quilting needles, thread grippers, gloves, pins, paper piecing paper, marking pencils. There are a lot of notions that we replace over time and some that are not necessarily needed but nice to have.

Thanks everybody! The gift basket sounds amazing and would be perfect also to put together all the ideas you gave me! It would be a great presentation with a nice content!!!
Hulamoon, you really want to make me work with this gift making :P just kidding! No I didn't realize about the painting thing of the barn quilt but I'm totally in love with the clock made with embroidery hoops! OMG! Best idea ever! Who wouldn't love to receive that?
Plus I know that where I work we have everything, I just need to pick the perfect fabric. And then do one for me as wellI have no clock at all!!!
You know what guys? I received so MANY great ideas I'll go grab my quilt binder and write all of this down, I don't want to forget a thing :* I don't know how to thank you!!!
I think a gift certificate to Missouri Star or if she has a favorite quilt shop one from there. She can buy whenever and whatever she se a must have to her sewing stash. It works great for me. I feel like I get presents all year long. Good luck. Have a Merry Christmas.
Simple: a gift card to her favorite fabric store, a bottle of wine and some chocolates! Cant miss.
