Surprised this hasn't come up - but one thing a seasoned quilter can always use are new replacement blades for their rotary cutters!
And lookee there someone beat me to it by mere seconds.

Be warned. I am BORED.
This could be dangerous.
When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
They are usually 90 degrees.
A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??
Thanks to both of youIt would be a nice idea the replacement blade but working both of us in the same haberdashery I don't want to buy her something she can buy everyday coming to work if she needs to...
it has to have some twists! I want her to see I gave a lot of thoughts (Which I DID!)
But thanks, it was helpful anyway![]()
How about make her a barn quilt?
Lorie
It's a decoration for your barn. lol seriously though it could be for the kitchen, over the fireplace etc

I see that you nixed the idea of a magazine subscription, but there's a new kid on the magazine block: BLOCK! It would be nice if she's a Jenny fan, a no-go if she's not into pre-cuts.
~ If I sit here long enough
maybe they will fix their own dinner!

Are we noticing a pattern here?

These are called chatelains. They go around your neck and hold all your sewing supplies. Maybe you could make her one. http://www.pinterest.com/lize8316/chatelains/
Quilters never die, they just go batts.
how about some thread nets? I actually asked for these for x-mas myself!

Thanks thank thanksthe barn quilt seemes to much for me since I'm just a newbie. I'll think about as the years of experience come buy
The chatelains are really a nice and different idea, I have no thought of that! Thank you for the link to Pinterest! So helpful! I'm going to give a deep look! It looks like the kind of things I should be able to make
Threads for sure, that's one thing you all pointed out and it's absolutely perfect
You are great!
I don't know if you caught that the barn quilt is a paint project and you don;t have to make them that big. I was going to do a Hawaiian one. I have a book of Hawaiian quilts.
